Coliseum Alfonso Pérez Drama: Getafe 0–1 Real Sociedad

Getafe 0–1 Real Sociedad – La Liga action at Coliseum Alfonso Pérez

Tonight’s La Liga clash between Getafe and Real Sociedad has been tense and tightly‑fought. Real Sociedad took the lead before half‑time through Brais Méndez, whose 36th‑minute goal has the visitors ahead and dictating a bit more control as the game heads into the latter stages.

Getafe have had spells on the ball and tried to create openings, but their possession and momentum haven’t quite translated into big chances against a Real Sociedad side that have defended staunchly and looked dangerous on the break. At the break, it’s still 0–1 to Sociedad.

The visitors have controlled a large chunk of the play, using patience and build‑up to keep Getafe pinned back, while the hosts look to change the tide with fresh legs and their substitute patterns. If Getafe can find an equaliser, this could open up into a more end‑to‑end second half, but right now it’s Real Sociedad holding firm.
